✅ Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns or exchanges within 7 days of delivery.

Item must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags.

Exchanges are only possible for size issues or damaged products.
🚫 Non-Returnable Items

Customised or sale items are not eligible for return or exchange
💸 Refunds

Once we receive your return and inspect it, we’ll process your refund within 5–7 working days.

Refund will be made to the original payment method.

In case of Cash on Delivery (COD), we will refund via bank transfer or UPI.

Reverse pickup may not be available in all areas. In such cases, the customer will need to self-ship the item.

Return shipping costs are borne by the customer, unless the item is defective or wrong.
